This is the twenty-third litter born at Abbaio. FERDINAND is from my fourteenth litter between Dude and Kendra (from my fourth litter). He finished his championship undefeated in the classes in 7 shows and his grand championship easily in 7 more shows. Ferdinand is a tall dog but is not heavy or cumbersome in any way, he is lean and muscular, a fast runner and a big goofball. He is a fantastic uncle to the puppies raised here and is one of the smartest and most intuitive dogs I know. This is his third litter, and second Abbaio litter. THE ZIT is from my thirteenth litter between Scorpio (from my third litter) and Elin. She is a medium-sized bitch who is powerful and elegant. She has a lovely head with a long elegant neck that flows into a balanced body. Her movement is efficient and breed typical with lovely flexion of her pasterns. She is the first dual champion Ibizan Hound to earn her grand champion gold title, and recently became the first dual champion Ibizan Hound to win an AKC Best in Show! She is like living with another human, she thinks quite highly of herself and expects everyone around her to do the same! This is her first litter.
